Frequently Asked Questions

Who can come to Roc Craft Club?
Anyone 18+ is welcome to join Craft Club. For events held at bars or breweries, you must be 21+.
What kind of crafts will we do?
Think fun, approachable crafts that are creative and that will allow you to actually enjoy the process. No artistic ability is required. Just a good attitude and a willingness to make something cool.
What if I'm flying solo?
Coming alone is brave and I applaud you for that. I anticipate many people will come alone so don't worry! I'm planning to seat solo attendees together. My hope is that by the end of the event you forget you ever came alone in the first place.

About Me

I'm Rochester native who spent my 20s living in NYC, Denver, and traveling around the US and Europe. I recently moved back home to Rochester with my partner who is also from here.Since being back, I've heard from countless people that they're craving community. We are in a loneliness epidemic. We scroll, we swipe, we text, and we've drifted further from each other. Real human connection is now something we have to be intentional about. To me, crafts are the perfect excuse to slow down and be present with people. I hope they will be the bridge that connects each other.Fun fact: I founded a (now defunct) friendship app in NYC. My passion for bringing people together runs deep and I'm thrilled to see what comes from Roc Craft Club.
